We were the first company to design a tailored insurance product exclusively for village halls, assessing their actual risks and lowering their premiums in consequence. Our VillageGuard™ policy has now been adopted by thousands of halls throughout the UK. Quite literally, we provide cover for village halls from Land's End to John O'Groats.
With VillageGuard™ our approach is to simplify the whole process for Trustees, leaving them with more time to deal with other tasks. From the moment a quotation is accepted we automate the process, dealing with underwriting and producing documentation in-house. If you make a claim we allocate a dedicated claims handler to you and deal with as much of it by telephone as possible, reducing delays and limiting the amount of form-filling required. We don't use offshore call-centres for any contact with our customers, preferring to deal directly with them ourselves.
